募集においては求められる業務の性質に応じた地域特性を考慮し、候補者は基礎学力、性格適正、
介護の仕事に対する意識、日本での将来設計、保護者の理解というポイントで選抜します。

Specific Skills: If you have any questions regarding nursing care, eating out, or accommodation, we will be happy to discuss employment in any field. According to the recruitment plan, we work with Japanese language education institutions and local communities in each country to recruit talent, conduct on-site training, proceed with administrative procedures for coming to Japan, and coordinate acceptance into the workplace. When recruiting, we take into account regional characteristics according to the nature of the work required, and select candidates based on their basic academic ability, appropriate personality, awareness of nursing care work, plans for their future in Japan, and understanding of parents.
